The harmony of TreNote opened the gala dinner at the Italian Embassy in London
On the occasion of the official presentation of the challenge for the GUINNESS WORLD RECORD for the longest tiramisù in the world, a gala dinner was held at the Italian Embassy in London, where Gelecta and Francesco Boccia paid tribute by creating TreNote.
A chocolate inspired by tiramisù, TreNote reinterprets the three fundamentals of the iconic dessert: coffee, mascarpone cream, and cocoa.
Also attending the presentation of both the event and the TreNote chocolate was Iginio Massari, who emphasized that tiramisù is an authentic dessert that does not need to be changed or evolved, but whose goodness can inspire creativity, as Francesco Boccia has demonstrated.
Among the distinguished guests were the Italian Ambassador Dr. Fabio Cassese, the founder of eShareLife Dr. Maurizio Bragagni, the organizer of the world’s longest tiramisù initiative Dr. Mirko Ricci, as well as senior representatives of the British Crown.
Francesco Boccia wished to honor each guest with a personalized dedication for every TreNote chocolate, accessible through a QR code placed inside the paper cup holding the praline.
Three Notes in Perfect Harmony:
- First Note: Coffee
Intense, vertical, vibrant — a profound opening that evokes Italian memory, delivering a message of strength and energy. - Second Note: Cream
Enveloping, silky, and elegant, with mascarpone reinterpreted into a light and airy ganache, offering gentleness that contrasts with and tames the strength of the coffee. - Third Note: Cocoa
Dark, lingering, and memorable, leaving an unforgettable finish on the palate while harmonizing power and delicacy.
The coffee that awakens. The cream that comforts. The cocoa that leaves a memory. A moment of pure pleasure for the soul, an invitation to discover Italy through its most authentic, simple, and memorable taste.
